Surf n Turf Bistro is a European Cuisine restaurant managed and owned by Chef Pete. Pete is a well experienced chef who worked in Sydney Australia in various places in the hospitality industry from 2006 to 2016.  He is a certified chef as he studied and finished his Certificate IV in cookery.  He was a sous chef in a busy Woolpack Hotel in Sydney catering to guests longing for Australian food.  His passion for cooking and food service propelled him to open this food option in Chiang Rai.
